Fatal Frame goes... to the hospital?

I barely remember this. It was something about creating Mafuyu from Fatal Frame in a game (like City of Heroes?) and he had this odd default fight-ish movement he did on crutches. I remember he was trying to sign a book of some sort. Like a guest-book or a sign in book on a counter. The setting was kinda hospital-ish... but I'm not sure that's what it was supposed to be.
